Views include Hope College and Centennial Park. The fully-furnished kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and seating for three at the bar. The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa and a flat screen tv. The bedroom is spacious and includes a king-size bed, dresser and a large closet. The sleeper sofa in the living room will allow this unit to accommodate up to three guests The bathroom features custom tile, a granite countertop and a large soaking tub with shower. ​​​​​​Centrally located in the heart of the 8th street business district this condo is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, breweries , Sperry Movie house and Hope College. The buildings that house the Lofts date back to the early 1900's. The architectural details and unique construction provide a perfect backdrop for these fully restored and updated condos. PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS A THIRD FLOOR CONDO AND THERE IS NO ELEVATOR PARKING Parking is available for one vehicle in the designated lots, and a parking permit is required. CANCELLATION POLICY \- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge. \- Cancel 14 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund. \- Cancel 7 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund. \- No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of reservation start date.
