    The property was beautiful and exactly as presented. It was a short walk to downtown and only a block away from The Southerner - a fabulous restaurant we thoroughly enjoyed. We had a fantastic weekend and hope to come back again! Highly recommend!

    Wedding Weekend Stay!

    Perfect Weekend

    This is our second stay and we can’t say enough good things about this location. So clean and all the amenities you might need. It is walking distance to the water, shopping and food options and a short drive to Holland. We have a great weekend.

    Beautiful place, great location!

    My sister and I stayed here for a weekend trip and had the best time! The property was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean and updated inside. Beautiful and bright all around. Super comfortable couch, beds, etc. and plenty of extra bedding! Perfect location and just a 5 minute walk to downtown Saugatuck. Would love to stay again :-) thank you!

    It was our first visit to Saugatuck, this location made our visit wonderful. We were close to everything, and the property was great. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was Amazing. We would easily stay here again.

    Dawn was wonderful to work with! The rental provided everything we could have ever needed and the property was so nicely decorated and the beds were amazingly comfortable! We had a fabulous stay and the property while a little longer walk from town was an easy walk and did not take more than 10 minutes. We would definitely stay again!

    Lovely, convenient Saugatuck stay

    This was my first time in Saugatuck, and the chickadee rental was the perfect location and place to stay. The unit has everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed and cozy living room. I always appreciate a kitchen when I travel to allow me to make some meals and go out for others. This unit is in walking distance of the downtown Saugatuck area, making it a very easy way to enjoy the town without fighting for parking. We could even walk down to the Southern, a really great place for a meal and an excellent cocktail. We will definitely be back!!

    A night in Saugatuck

    The property was very cute, very clean and conveniently located. Easy to access. Private parking right outside the door. Nice amenities. Only downfall is the tenants upstairs were very loudly walking around well past midnight and then had a very very loud fan or sound machine running all night that could be heard throughout the whole apartment.

    Get away to Saugatuck

    My husband and I stayed at the Chickadee for a short getaway to Saugatuck. The home was very clean and well kept. We loved that the location was a little bit out of town—but only a 10 minute or less walk to downtown . The owner was very responsive when we had a few questions. Will definitely recommend to others and hope to return sometime!

    Great couple night stop for family

    Super clean and tidy apartment. Thoughtful small things like the beach towels, beach bag and toys were a great touch. The sofa bed worked well for our grade school age kids. Took us about 6-7 minute walk to the edge of the shops and restaurant area. The road does have a decent amount of traffic, but there are sidewalks the entire way into town. Road noise never bothered us in the apartment. We took the chain ferry across the river and hiked up the stairs to Mount Baldhead, great views and fun little hike.

    Property was great. Clean, neat all the amenities. Bed was wonderful. Will return. Only blemish was it was not in what I considered downtown Saugatuck Easy to work around so really a non issue.
