Welcome to Little Star Cabin! Experience a peaceful and relaxing retreat in a small wooded community on beautiful Lake Goshorn just two miles from downtown Saugatuck. Little Star is the perfect destination for families, romantic get aways or gatherings with friends.
Little Star offers 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, comfortable living area with a gas burning fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, screened in back porch, fire pit, charcoal grill and more!
Just 200 steps from the front door is the lake - perfect for swimming, fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking. You can also spend time relaxing along the private association beach or sit on the pier and fish.
You can hop on your bike and easily ride the trail downtown to take in the art, shopping, spas and wonderful restaurants.
The beautiful shoreline of Lake Michigan is only 2 miles north west and the well know beaches, Oval and Douglas are within a 4 minute drive. Make sure to take in the beautiful sunsets, climb the steps to Mt Baldy for the amazing views or take the exciting Dune Jeep Tours.
There are endless opportunities for fun and relaxation in all seasons at Little Star.

Family Vacation

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was quiet and private, yet close to all things Saugatuck has to offer. The cabin was clean and well stocked. We hope to come back again.

We loved the quaint neighborhood, the proximity to downtown Saugatuck, and the access to Goshorn Lake. The cabin was perfect for our family of 6. We enjoyed evenings on the back porch and around the campfire. Erin was a great host!

This accommodation provided all the comforts of home in a delightful, cozy log cabin atmosphere. It was clean, everything worked, and rooms/beds were very comfortable. The owner was very cooperative and responsive in solving the Internet glitches with the website and HOA when they presented delays and difficulties in the registration and location for the accommodation.

Little Star cabin is adorable! Everything we needed was provided. The cabin is well taken care of and is a gem of a find in a quiet area. The location is perfect for visiting both Holland and Saugutuck. We can’t wait to visit again.

Fantastic Getaway!

We booked this place for a friend group trip and it was perfect! Everyone had their own room and the community areas were spacious enough for all 8 of us to hang out comfortably. The cabin is also very well stocked with anything you might need. The location was great too - close enough to town but secluded enough to be relaxing. Erin was very responsive and was a great host! Very comfortable cabin that was stocked for different types all the way from things for children to adults the beach and more. Located near most anything you would need. From sight seeing, hiking the beach and restaurants. There is plenty of adventure to be found here.

This cabin was perfect! It was somehow nicer than the pictures, and nestled in a tiny patch of forest. It felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, but such a short drive into town, or to the lakeshore. We all got there and our only regret was that our stay wasn’t longer!

Gorgeous cabin

We went for a girls getaway and couldn’t have picked a lovelier place to stay. We particularly loved the screened in porch - we ate all of our meals there.
