LOCATION: Your next vacation rental home is nestled in the beautiful neighborhoods of northwest Holland with a short 5-minute drive, nice bike ride or picturesque walks along the nearby bike paths to locations such as Holland State Park or Tunnel Park on Lake Michigan and Lake Macatawa beaches/local marinas with rental opportunities. Take a 10-minute drive to downtown Holland’s restaurants, bars, and local businesses to shop galleries, fine jewelry, bakeries and more! And finally, take Lakeshore Drive north or south 30-60 minutes to experience other western Michigan towns such as Grand Haven, Muskegon, Saugatuck, South Haven and others! LAYOUT & AMENITIES: Spacious split-level home with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and large interior entertaining spaces on each floor. On the upper level, enjoy the open floor plan with living, dining and kitchen spaces, seating for 8 at the dining table plus 3 additional at the sofa table, high ceilings with multiple skylights drawing in natural light, as well as 2 bedrooms and a full bath. On the lower level, enjoy the family room for movies & video games, open space for family-friendly activities, 2 more bedrooms and a full bath. Fully outfitted kitchen with all of the amenities you may possibly need and a coffee station. Other amenities include central air conditioning/heating; WiFi; Wii console & games; board games & children’s toys; beach towels, chairs & accessories; stroller, Pack & Play & booster seats; laundry room. There are 3 TV’s in the home each with a Roku for streaming access: 40” in Master BR, 60” in upper level living room, and 80” in lower level family room. Guests must supply their own logins for streaming services and remember to log out of those services upon check out. OUTSIDE: Walking off of the upper level, the deck features a grill and seating area, with steps down to a second deck where a beautiful hot tub awaits you! Additional seating at the picnic table and a firepit in a privacy-fenced area fully complement the outdoor space for you to relax and enjoy! The large backyard is also available for use and safe for children away from the street! SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS (Sleeps 12+ Infant): Upper Level consists of the Master BR with a king bed and BR2 with both a queen bed and Pack & Play. Lower Level consists of BR3 with two full beds and BR4 with a full bed + daybed trundle with 2 twin-size mattresses. Finally, there is a pull-out couch in the main lower level family room. Sorry we do not allow smoking or pets at our vacation property. No parking on the street. Guests are not permitted to use garage. There is a 4 car maximum, and all cars need to be kept in the driveway. This is a quiet neighborhood and no large gatherings (parties) are allowed. ABOUT THE OWNER Crystal & Stefan are proud residents of the beautiful state of Michigan, who truly love all this state has to offer. We purchased this home in 2020 while renting another vacation home in the immediate area with our children (in the middle of COVID!) – as soon as we walked through the home, we knew it was the one for us to enjoy for many years to come, as well as a home we could share with others such as you…we have done our best to make you feel at home while you stay at our property! Great area for young kids to bike safely plus several playgrounds nearby. The house provides very comfortable space for our family and grandchildren with fun games and toys for toddlers. The owners had many amenities that were very useful for a beach vacation with little ones. High chairs, booster seats, wagon, beach chairs, kiddy toys. Our grandkids loved the toy car they could sit in. We were also able to use the grill and hot tub. Our trip was a great success. ##### Holly W. Nicely appointed & a perfect location to enjoy all Holland has to offer, beaches, lighhouse, Tunnel Park, Windmill Gardens and a beautiful downtown area. It was nice to come home after a busy day sightseeing to relax in the hottub & have a fire in the firepit. Lovely home & neighborhood. ##### Karen J. My husband and I came with our four children aged 6,5,3 and 1\. We had such an enjoyable time! The kids deemed it "the best house ever" and didn't want to leave. There was so many comforts in the home and it had all we needed and more. We enjoyed grabbing some chairs and roasting marshmallows over the campfire, kicking a soccer ball around in the beautiful lawn, grabbing the wagon to go hit the beach and soaking throughout the day in the hot tub. We also enjoyed meals on the picnic table, playing downstairs with toys and picking out DVDs and we had so many good talks on the deck. My 3 year old has special needs and he was able to feel safe and comfortable here which is huge for us! We would definitely come back :) ##### Lauren P. The home had plenty of space for all of us. This is our third time staying in a VRBO and we were pleasantly surprised by how stocked the house was. There were a toys, books, games and movies both for kids and adults. Our kids took over the downstairs - it was so nice for them to have their own space! The kitchen was also super well stocked with utensils, small appliances and dishware. They also had kids life vests, a wagon for the beach and things for the beach. The beds were super comfortable and the whole house was tidy and very clean. There were a lot of really great touches you wouldn't expect - like towel hooks by the hot tub. The owner was VERY responsive and really understanding and great to work with. The neighborhood was very quiet and seemed to be more residents than vacationers. The beach was close (5 min drive) but a bit too far to walk with a wagon and kids in tow. Ove rall a really great stay in a beautiful home! ##### Allison F. It is close to Lake Michigan (Tunnel Park) and other places of interest to visit. The home is big and has all the essentials (soap, spices, dishes, washer & dryer, fire pit, hot tub, etc.) to make your stay really enjoyable. We comfortably slept three couples and two young children. The home was great for families with kids and had a nice layout with multiple living spaces. Wonderful location as well close to fun Holland beaches and other attractions. The host was great to work with as well — responsive and very helpful. We would happily stay here again. ##### Andrew G.
