The staff upon our welcome, right through to our goodbye were very helpful and polite. We'd also like to say a specific thank you to the lady on Reception on Tuesday morning who helped us to arrange booking a taxi! The lack of phone signal was actually a welcome benefit, allowing us to 'switch off' and enjoy the surrounding countryside, which even on a rainy Tuesday was beautiful.
