Whether you’re looking for a getaway, a place to study, or a place to stay while working in the area, our 3-bedroom home is perfect for you! Located in Holder, the home is a 7 minute drive from Waikerie’s town center, within walking distance of Maize Island Lagoon Conservation Park and a 2 minute drive from the Waikerie Ski Beach at Holder Bend. Brock’s B&B is the perfect location for family or friends to spend quality time together. There are three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and two with two sets of single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for all stays with an oven, microwave, kettle, juicer and two fridges/freezers, toasters, crockery, cutlery, cookware, and glassware. Two small dining tables, one for four people and one for three people. The lounge room features a large leather L-shaped couch with a smart TV, as well as a bookshelf filled with movies for all ages. The bathroom is fully functional, with a separate toilet, and laundry which contains cleaning supplies, a washing machine and clothes line great for longer stays! Brock’s B&B is fully airconditioned for the Riverland’s warmer days, while a wood fire is ready to ignite for the cooler nights, making any stay comfortable. Shaded outdoor dining, with a BBQ overlooking the garden and vineyard will have you feeling at home during your stay at Brock’s B&B.
