From the living room, you have access to the house’s lovely outdoor areas, featuring a large sun terrace and sun loungers – the ideal spot for a relaxing morning coffee or a few hours of relaxation in the afternoon sun. The main house is connected to the annex via a cosy, south-facing courtyard with a wooden terrace. Here you’ll also find an outdoor barbecue area, perfect for long summer evenings. On the upper floor of the annex is a large lounge for your entertainment.



Enjoy the soothing warmth of the sauna in the spacious outdoor wellness area, then cool off in the cold-water pool or under the shower, and finally round off your wellness session in the warm hot tub under the open sky. The property is situated on a large, natural plot in peaceful surroundings, offering plenty of open space and room to leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind. You might even spot the occasional deer or squirrel.



Gudmindrup Beach on Sejerø Bay boasts dunes, fine sand and lovely swimming water. You can also go on cycling or walking tours through the beautiful countryside of Odsherred, play golf, visit the region’s numerous galleries and cosy restaurants, or spend a day with the family at Sommerland Sjælland. Dragsholm Castle, with its legend of the famous white ghost, is also well worth a visit. Nykøbing Sjælland, with its cosy pedestrianised high street, small specialist shops and cafés, is perfect for a leisurely stroll, whilst Rørvig and Havnebyen on Sjællands Odde attract visitors with their maritime harbour atmosphere, fresh fish and crab-catching for children.
