"Unbelievable stay once again ! U won’t get better in Hoi an !! It’s a little oasis in the busy town !! As returning guests we got an upgrade again and Chloe who checked us in was fantastic ! Make sure u book a suite so u can have breakfast in the less busy temple restaurant … food selection was outstanding and all the staff are friendly and attentive… nothing to fault again !!! "

Water provided through water cooler, which is better than plastic bottles, both for the environment, and as the weather is very hot and we needed to drink a lot of water. A bit out of the way from Hoi An old city, but still walkable."

"Great comfy beds. Room is clean. Only one thing...there was no mirror in room for you to check yourself. Only mirror was in the bathroom. Otherwise 5 star for the staff, convenient location, food options, shopping was amazing. Yummy free breakfast, had a large selection. So close to everything. Walkable everywhere. Felt very safe. Han Oi is an amazing place to visit. Will come back. Really enjoyed our stay! "

"Good Place to stay, property shows signs of aging but overall better than many. Clean, staff are great, its a good place to relax knowing its at the end of Hoi An which there are no more tourist spots around, not a lot of people outside and its secluded. Has a private beach so no need to go to An Bang"

"We are travelling around Vietnam and have stayed in many hotels. THIS IS THE BEST ONE YET! 10/10. Beautiful rooms: free drinks (Coke Zero) in mini bar and the 2 pools were so luxurious! Staff wonderful in the check in area and the doormen so polite. A good location: near river & on the edge of tourist area/only 10 min walk in a straight line to the busy touristy stuff. The cleaning staff were a bit noisy at 8 am in the hallway today (we had wanted a lie in!). Got free chocs last night, however, as they did their turn down service! Breakfast was every food u could want! Staff there great/so hard working! My only disappointment was we had no balcony and it would have been useful to dry our swimming costumes on one after a swim just before we left. But that was Hotels.com at fault, as I showed the receptionist my phone app saying we should have a balcony and she said none of the rooms for 2 had balconies so it was not the hotel who had made that wrong statement. "

"They has a good location but they should have Air conditioning in the lobby. During summer, the lobby is supper hot, the receptionists are sweaty also so it looks dirty on their face, hair and forehead "

"This old ol style hotel is modernised, has a lovely old style charm and ambience of a resort. Our room (king suite) overlooked the pool area.p and the interior had lovely floorboards. The breakfast buffet was the best we have had in Vietnam and even offered Vietnamese coffee where you could make your own iced coffee with condensed milk and ice supplied. A change not to see “Americano” coffee on offer which is substandard. I really enjoyed the banana crepes they made. The grounds are also lovely and the gift shop has a few things to offer. Being only a 5 minute walk to the ancient town made this an ideal location. "
