In the heart of Hoi An peace and comfort...
A very central hotel just minutes walk to the pedestrian area of Hoi An... very clean rooms extremely comfortable beds, in room safe box and triple glazed for extra soundproofing. If you want a very quiet room perhaps overlooking the indoor pool on the second or third floor would be ideal. Excellent English speaking reception staff only too willing to help. Excellent choice this time.

Staff was great, especially Anne, front desk, operation manager when we arrived, extremely helpful, payed attention to details. Kevin at the front desk was great as well throughout our stay, both assisted with all our needs making great recommendations while there. All the staff was great & friendly. Free breakfast was great with a nice variety. Pool in the middle of hotel provided nice optics. Free bikes, umbrellas ready when it rained. Rooms updated, clean and roomy. Just outside of old city, couple of blocks, which was great when we needed a cab, because they are not allowed in old city, so hotel for us was perfectly situated. We loved our stay there and hated to leave. Perfect hotel for the price. Really cozy.

Friendly Hotel
Happy with the service and the people. As I had misplaced my nail clipper during my trip and the staffs was good to response on the issue. They had provided me the new nail clipper and some offer but I rejected on it. Feel good on their fast response and kindness. Thanks for that and I will come back for this hotel as I rated it as a friendly hotel

It was walking distance to the old quarter, bedroom was a good size, clean with quite modern bathroom. The indoor pool was relaxing after a hot day.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very good location which is only 5 minutes walk from the old city area. Staff also provides transport service to and from Da Nang at very reasonable prices. Good breakfast. Overall very good value for money.

Everything was exactly right. No complaints at all. Stayed for several days, then stayed at a 'nicer' more expensive place, which I didn't really like at all and then booked a few days here again! The soundproofing in the room was excellent, shower gel & shampoo smell yummy... Everything was great!

I enjoyed my stay at Hoi An Travel Lodge Hotel - the location was just down the road from the Old Town and the room was large, comfortable, clean and accessible, with a street view and a tiny balcony. The bathroom was spacious; unfortunately, like I experienced elsewhere in Vietnam, the hot water in the shower didn't last very long. I was startled to share the room with a small lizard, though I shouldn't have been, given the open nature of the hotel. I was a bit surprised that the staff were not prepared to help but very kindly the lizard decided to hide for the remaining 3 days! The staff were friendly and otherwise helpful. Breakfast was nice and commensurate with what I would have expected given the room rate. It was great to get 2 complimentary foot massages. Overall, I'd happily stay at Hoi An Travel Lodge Hotel again.

Fabulous place
Our stay at Travel lodge was perfect. We had a beautiful room with a sitting room as well.The bathroom was roomy with a great shower, water hot and pressure good. It also had a big bath. King bed very comfy and 2 Tv's. Doors opening onto very tiny verandah but nice to have doors to open. Air con was great as well. Staff so caring and kind always ready to help. Breakfast with huge choice and stff excellent. Amy, Hannah, staff on night shift all fantastic. Houskeeping staff excellent. I really can only give positive reviews so enjoyable.

Room 303-No elevator, noisy from street traffic, bathtub drains onto the floor, free upgrade for room and free 30 minute foot massage, comfortable bed, breakfast buffet okay. Hoi An has tons of scooters and that makes the town difficult to relax and enjoy walking in. Lots of taxi scams. I preferred Luang Prabang in Laos.

Excellent hotel. All the staff were exceptional, very helpful and never without a smile. Hotel is only a few blocks from Old Town. Very convenient. I extended my stay for a week so that I could rest up from my travels.

Great hotel and very helpful staff. Breakfast was at a high standard. The hotel has a good location and is only a 5 minute walk from town. We used the free bikes to go to the beach - it was a great way to get around.

We come around 11am and the staff very nice and ask us to wait 1/2 hour for prepare the rooms. Room is clean and spacious and they upgrade our room to deluxe. The hotel near to old town and very convenient to walk.

I had a very nice stay. My room was very clean and well maintained. The staff were always super cheerful and friendly, eager to help. The location is very central, though it is nice that it’s a little bit away from the hecticness of Old Town. The free breakfast was fantastic! Only downside was I had limited hot water, like under 5 minutes, so I couldn’t take a bath in the big claw foot tub I had. Perhaps it was user error but I thought it to be an inconvenience.

The hotel went above and beyond our expectations. It is not fancy - but it is clean and well maintained. The key asset of the hotel is its staff. They are warm, friendly, and exceedingly helpful. I happened to have a birthday during my stay. Shortly after our arrival, my partner casually mentioned to a receptionist that I would be celebrating a birthday the following day. The next day, during breakfast, I was greeted by a cake and a melodic rendition of Happy Birthday by the staff. It was a touching moment - and one I will never forget.

Very friendly help staff. Lovely relaxing welcome drink on check in. Breakfast choice of Asian with dishes changing daily, complements to chef /or European breakfast toast , eggs made to order omlette,fried etc, my teenage son happy with choice(so made for happy day). Location good about 7 mins to bridge in old town. Great sandwich bar just up road. We had an internal room with doors opening to inner pool area so very quite at night. Would be happy to stay again.

Located just a short walk from the old town this hotel is ideally located. It’s far enough away from all the bars and restaurants to be quiet yet close enough (just 5 to 10 mins) if you want to be in the heart of the action. Our room was spacious, very comfortable with good air conditioning and strong WiFi. There is a very nice pool if you want to cool off and a good breakfast is served down by the pool. What made this hotel were the staff who were welcoming and helpful from the start. Can’t praise them enough. A special thanks to Amy at breakfast. My wife asked if there were any bananas available and there weren’t. A few minutes later Amy appeared with some. She had popped out to one of the local sellers to get some. This very kind thought sums up the care we received from all the staff. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I felt unwell during my stay in Hoi an and staff were very caring. HATL is an excellent choice if you want to be central to the city .. Our room was very spacious , modern interior , nice bathroom and quiet. Only minutes to walk to ancient town. Highly recommend the place.

Hoi An Heaven
An amazing beautiful little hotel just 200 meters north of old town. Excellent in every way. Friendly helpful staff with good English skills. At the end of the day there's a great indoor pool to cool off in. You'll have to go far to beat this one. Have already recommended this hotel to other travelers in Dong Hoi.

The hotel is centrally located 5 minute walk from old town. Near new, the facilities / staff / accommodation / food, were all first class. The staff arranged motor bikes, tours & directions to the things we needed. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

We had a great surprise of this hotel since the first impression was not that good, but in a few hours we realized it was by far a great deal. Staff was very caring and attentive. Breakfast was nice. Location is great, just a few blocks from old town, which is great in order to avoid crowds ( very abundant). No need for motorcycle, bike or taxi, unless you want tp hit the beach or somewhere further away

We stayed here for 4 nights. It was in a great location about a 5 min walk to the ancient town, clean & modern rooms, and great breakfast buffet (for the price). It isn't the best hotel we have stayed at, but given the price range it was fabulous! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a quality stay at a cheap price!

The stay at Hoi An Travel Lodge was great. We were treated with a cup of green tea and lovely reception service on arrival. The staff were all really lovely and helpful, and keen to offer reccomednations for where to go in the area. They also provided maps for how to get back to the hotel which was helpful. The hotel was in a great location 2 minutes walk to the old quarter. The hotel also provided bikes for free which is a great way to see the area.
