"Had a few teething problems on arrival (kettle and hot water not working), but these were soon sorted out. Nice to stay in a family run hotel and we were made very welcome by the family and staff. We were even invited with other guests to a family meal on our final evening in Hoi An. Room very large and comfortable."

"This property is beautiful very clean and well looked after. The downfall is the location is a bit of a walk to Hoi old square and the hotel does offer a shuttle but it’s not frequently enough to either the old square or the beach. Would highly recommend they had some additional daily services."

Places to eat close by without going into town, though Hoi An itself only a 20 minute walk to centre. Bit of a walk to the beach, however easy when using the free bicycles. "Free room upgrade was much appreciated. The breakfast buffet on the first morning was great with many food choices. There was no buffet on the second morning due to lacking of guests. Mosquitoes were in the room on the first night. The staff were very welcoming and friendly."
