(390 reviews) This was our third stay at this aparthotel, and it never disappoints. The room was very clean, well maintained and had all the amenities we needed, including a washer/dryer. We stayed in the Japanese family room so it had plenty of room and double sinks. We love the quiet Higashiueno neighborhood while still just a short walk to Ueno Park, train stations, konbinis and Ameyoko. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. A difference-maker for us is their streaming media options. We can connect to our YouTube and Netflix accounts when relaxing in the room. We will definitely be back for another stay.
