Pros: Great staff and service at checkin and checkout, roof top bar is cool, central location walkable to many attractions.
Cons: the property itself is not impressive, no grand lobby, small restaurant area, very small pool at the roof top advertised as a major attraction, limited breakfast buffet. If you ever stayed at a Ritz, Savoy, Four Seasons this hotel would be the least impressive one. Lastly, valet dung the trunk of my rental, not a big deal since I have full coverage but annoying to deal with the paper work.

I booked a night for 3 of us including my 16 year old. The Expedia sight makes no mention of the infamous Men's Sauna located at the hotel. The room was nice and breakfast was good but overall I felt like it was not a family place. The receptionist were all 'polite' but quite dismissive, they were far more attentive to the men arriving to go in the sauna. I would not stay there again or recommend it as a family hotel.
