We come to the area 3 times a year for a hockey tournament and this was the first at Tru.
The parking was super convenient and always had available spots and was well lit. The room was very small which could be expected. The water pressure was very low so it was difficult to take a quick shower due to that. Fair selection for breakfast but were trying too much with eggs; scrambled eggs would have been fine.
The staff always looked mad to be there and annoyed when I noticed some guests asking requests. I would not stay here again.

Not an issue for me, but the place says no pets but there were lots around.

The hotel smelled like it had sitting water throughout the building. 2/3 rooms we occupied had sticky floors, and roaches in one. I will never stay here again.
