Clean, safe, with comfy bed and generous tub. Food within walking distance. My room was a mini-apartment with two-burner range and full sized fridge. Appropriate for long-term stay and reasonably priced.

The hotel was closed. The audacity of the WoodSprings advertising their accommodations and accepting my money is unethical. I took pictures as proof. There were no cars in the parking lot and the closed sign on the door. Expedia and a Wood Springs representative stated that the hotel was open. The WoodSprings rep also indicated that everyone was out and would be back after sightseeing. It was 10 pm. I did not find a hotel until midnight and most hotels were booked. I am so glad I took pictures as proof.

The after-hours staff is very unprofessional. The front desk was closed, and no one was behind the desk. I called the after-hours number, and I waited about 30-35 min for the front desk attendant to get back to the desk, then issue me my key card. I never saw anyone else working the front desk. The elevator, and entrance of the elevator had trash laying around. Then the next day I went to work, and when I returned (12 hours later) the trash was still there. I asked another tenant if they had similar experience, and they agreed.

The kitchen area was unclean. Met at door by a young lady who wanted to use my phone to call her friends dad upstairs. Couple fighting in parking lot. No ice machine. Beds were basically full sized cots. Upon arrival smoke alarm was going off and when the clerk finally arrived to register us she said “oh someone is smoking in a no smoking room”. Entire property (including elevator) reeked of stale cigarettes and freshly smoked weed. Would never recommend and would have left but was absolutely the last room available in Hobbs.

I was able to easily find the facility. The check-in process was easy but my room wasn't ready-this was totally okay since I arrived prior to the check-in time. The only comment I have is that I was given a paper to sign that I did not have a pet with me, however, late the same night, I could hear the unmistakable bark of a dog-the front office was closed and it seemed to me that the residents were aware of this and were taking advantage of the situation. There were loud people entering/exiting the building until very late at night and the early-morning process for people to leave (many of the rooms were booked by construction workers assigned to work nearby) was disheartening - there were no "quiet" hours enforced prior to 8am - so from 5-6am, lots of loud noises, making early morning not a good time to sleep until at least 7:30 a.m.

Amazing service
The gentleman who checked me in after midnight, should be in management. He gave me great service and helped me feel more comfortable being in an area im not familiar with. By far the best service i recieved from a hotel ever.

I get there and the office staff is no where to be found. 15 min later after calling the front dead and no one answering I get told to use a phone behind me. Gentlemen stated he was in the restroom. Really still took sometime to get up front. Got my keys went to the room bed was really small and couch had stains on them. Hall ways smelt like smoke. Kids knocking on doors down the hallway. Called front desk for extra pillows no answer went down stairs. Office closed already machine said they close at 10pm it was only 5:45. The list goes on. If I really wasn’t tired and needed a place to stay I would of got up and took my losses and drove back home.

I booked two weeks before seeing the place, it looked like a college dorm in the room, the beds were not very comfy but i figured the oroce was right. My mistake, tbere was constantky dog poop on the walk ways and in the gravel outside, ciggerette buts in hallways and elevator, the place was never cleaned. The two weeks i was there no housekeeping they clean only evry two weeks which is too long, I think a little better care of general areas and cleanliness this woukd be a good place but some changes need made

The room was like staying in a barracks. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. This hotel is set up for oil field workers. Would not suggest for family or just passing through.

Nice enough
Nice place. Just stayed a couple of nights. The only odd thing is they only occupy the front desk from 9am to almost 6pm. Any time other then that you have a number to call if you need anything.
