Separate entrance and complete privacy.

If you are looking to party or make noises at night, please do not book. We will turn down your request and also ask you to leave if you make outdoor noises after 9pm. This is because we are located in a quiet neighborhood and we ask for consideration for neighbors during the stay.

Conveniently positioned on Hobart’s Eastern Shore, 10 mins from the airport and 10 mins from the city, our place offers spacious and modern living with sweeping views of the River Derwent, Howrah Beach, Mount Wellington, the city and casino.
All the pictures can not describe the actual views in every single room available to you, from the modern kitchen, opening to balcony, 2 separate living rooms with plenty of space to a beautifully maintained back yard garden with a full size spa.
Master bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite featuring its own spa bath and separate shower. Second bedroom also has a queen bed and an additional seperate bathroom and toilet.
Every room has its own beautiful views of Hobart and you will be sure to love spending time at our place.
You will also have access to balcony, whole back yard garden with hot tub (restricted usage time to 9pm).
You will have the full left side of the house, fully separated to the right side which is where we live :)
*** During winter, we have underfloor heating on all the time for your comfort. Outdoor jacuzzi is also always on ***
*** No washing machine or dryer facility on premise ***
