Nice location but needs renovation

Posted 19-Dec-2016
ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE AND STAFF ARE FRIENDLY. BUT HOTEL NEEDS A FACELIFT I THINK TO MAKE IT FRESH. TAKEAWAY COFFEE AT AUD $3 IS A PLUS. PARKING IS TOO STEEP (LIKE 20 DEGREE GRADIANT) DUE TO SPACE CONSTRAINT.

Convenient location with parking available

Posted 14-Dec-2016
Room I was given was larger than i expected. Room was clean and I felt it was good value for the price I paid. Hotel was conveniently located and had overnight parking available at cost of $10 per overnight.

Business

Great room size, clean and modern room. Bathrooms need updating. Windows and walls paper thin can hear everything from other rooms.

Hotel is located good area. There is not teeth brash in the room. Wed like to stay here again, if we have a chance to visit in Hobart. Thank you very much.

A solid Best Western

Posted 29-Nov-2016
Pros: The staff.
Location: Walking distance to the pier and most everything downtown. About 10 minutes on foot.
The hotel itself met all my expectations. The staff exceeded all of my expectations, they were amazing.

This is a pretty mediocre hotel - nothing bad, but nothing outstanding either.

Comfortable, but not at the best location

Posted 20-Nov-2016
Pros: Free wi-fi and quiet.
Location: Salamanca Market and North Hobart.
The room is spacious and clean. Free wi-fi is highly appreciated and the hotel staff are nice. The bad thing is that the hotel is a bit far away from the city centre. It takes 15 minutes to the Salamanca market.

Overpriced for dated old room.

Room decor was very dated. Comfortable bed. Room had no real view but was at least fairly quiet.

Sleeping on a Cloud

Posted 16-Oct-2016 on Lastminute
Nice place.... good staff.... good parking.... nice room.... GREAT BED.... Like sleeping on a Cloud!! but......... no view ...... very noisy for us (prob because we live on a farm and are not used to street noise. traffic. sirens. etc...... Overall quite pleasant.
