Ideal for what we needed it for

Was a great stay. Close to where our gathering was the only thing missing was a lounge room. It was the bedroom or dining table so if you wanted to relax as a groupIt had to be around the table. We were ok with that.

It was nearly excellent however one of our friends was really coughing because under the bed was really dusty and it was really thick but the place was really nice accessible to every where.

4/10 Poor

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness
The house location was fantastic. However there was a lot of dust under the beds, something splashed on the walls, cigarette butts out the front, and no lounge or sitting area. There was a dining table that sat 6 which made it difficult for our party of 10 to eat together. There was also a request to wear "slippers" in the house, but 7 pairs of used thongs were provided. The house was warm and dry, but overpriced and dirty.
