It is just a very short stroll to the Hobart waterfront, Salamanca Place and the Hobart CBD. It is also an ideal base from which to explore all the delightful sights of Southern Tasmania. Mona (the Museum of Old and New Art), the Tahune AirWalk, Port Arthur Historic Site, Hastings Caves and Mount Wellington are all within easy driving distance.
The property is self check-in, making it very convenient as you don't need to meet anybody for keys. An emergency contact person is available all the time for issues relating to the property, but other than that there will be no interaction with guests, so you can enjoy the space privately.

Perfect for a walk to the town, piers and markets, lovely flat with all you need in it. Ideal property for travelling around visiting the sights in hobart
Could not have asked for a better location for our Hobart stay, Battery Point is charming. Accommodation was clean and well equipped with everything we needed and very quiet. Would re-book without hesitation.
Great location and never have seen such a well equipped kitchen at an Apartment The host was great giving us info about the surrounds and letting us check out later than normal. Would definitely recommend and come back!
Neat and tidy unit in a fantastic location. Well equipped for our family of four. Mattresses and pillows are not great quality and the hot water is not getting the job done for four people (ran out of hot water under the shower more than once).
Online booking was simple. Finding it was easy and parking well spaced. Fab neighbourhood and close enough to Salamanca and the wharf area. Apt was very comfy and well appointed.
The property location was great, host was responsive and was able to sort out problems even though out of town.
Blankets were a bit thin for winter so an extra heater was required.
Absolutely recommend this unit for anyone wanting super accommodation and location in Battery Point. Extremely clean and comfy. Just best place to stay !!! Easy everything!
Very well appointed apartment with off street parking set in the Battery Point area.
The property was spotlessly clean, check in was easy via key safe and communication with the property manager first class.
The area is very quiet with good cafes and restaurants close by. Salamanca Place and the wharves are a short walk away.
A good base from which to explore Hobart.
The apartment at Colville Street was in a great location for us to get to the sites we wanted to see. Damien was a great host and the apartment met all of our needs. We would highly recommend.
Well equipped apartment in a great location. Walking distance to Salamanca Place, markets and waterfront. Wonderful to simply wander around the local area for the history. It would be great if the apartment was numbered more clearly but we were lucky to arrive in daylight hours. Have stayed here before and would definitely stay again.
