    "Hanoi Lotus is an excellent hotel. I stayed for 4 nights in a balcony room. The decor is quaint 1960s style which is attractive. There is some nice artwork in the room. The cleaning staff cleaned the room to a very high standard. The WiFi was fast, the water was hot and the water pressure was amazing!     "Lily moved me to another cruise with no notice. They actually sent me to the dock for another company without informing me that they changed my reservation. I was standing on the dock with no choice but to get on the Aqua Cruise or be stranded in Ha Long Bay with no hotel. They refused to refund me my one night stay and Hotels.com refused to do anything about it. Do not book with Lily. Do not use Hotels.com. they are not respectable companies. "
