"The rooms were lovely and the staff couldn’t have been better. The breakfast was a nice mix of local & western food and the laundry same day collection and reasonable priced"

"Our check-in started badly when they could find our reservation even though it was fully paid for almost a year earlier. Since I had all the paperwork to support our paid reservation, staff upgraded us to a bungalow unit. But bathroom looks stylish but is not functional. Shower splashes & runs all over the bathroom floor. Tile floor is slippery when wet & no grab bars. Definitely not a bathroom for seniors or anyone with stability issues. Grounds are lovely but hotel is far from town so you’re stuck dining @ hotel."

"Breakfast was small due to hotel size but really delicious, desk staff were so helpful, aircon works well, free bikes to rent a bonus. Obviously the highlight is the scenic location of the hotel, a little far from the main centre, not an issue though as grabs are easy to get here. So peaceful and idyllic, would stay again."

"The property was central with good facilities including a swimming pool. The breakfast was good & the staff great, especially Michael who helped us a couple of times. Only complaint was poor wi-fi which did was slow & did not cover the entire room. The TV also didn’t work properly"

"Location is central in Tam Cốc area. The breakfast is good and basic. The room is clean but the bed isn’t comfortable at all. Staff is rude particularly the manager at the front desk. The pool is not clean. I arrived to the hotel at Noon for check out; was soaking sweat from my bike ride to try to make the time. The manager greeted me by saying please try to check out in 15 mins since its Noon already. Additionally, she inquired about my travel plans for the morning by telling me that check out time is at Noon. I expect more hospitality from this hotel. I could use a restroom at a random cafe for only $30k, and they would be very nice and understanding by allowing me to use the restroom and brought out a fan for me. However, there is a lack of understanding and hospitality from this front desk manager. She wouldn’t care that I looked soaking sweat and made it back my noon. I wouldn’t come back and recommend anyone to come back. The staff needs to be trained properly."

"This is an absolutely beautiful and well maintained resort. Small, boutique the ground around are lush. A river runs thru it mountains (Karst) all around. Room impeccable, rustic charm. Food and beverage and pool Amazing!! And the staff completely makes this stay beyond enjoyable. You do not want to leave, not only to go into town but forever. Again can't stress how special the people and staff were!! We were deciding between Nham Village and Tam Garden. Difficult to decide and confusing when you read reviews and look at pictures as to where to stay considering these two higher end properties that fairly close to one another. We toured Tam Garden while there and without a doubt one iota we made the right decision. Would return in a heart beat!!"
