"Very good and calm place.
Well located regarding the region activités.
A lot of precious advices from Jasmine + discussion to understand and discover culture, habits...
Hoste really available and ready to arrange us in case of necessity!"
"The host and his family were very welcoming and offered great advice on how to make the most of our time in Ninh Binh.
Plus we loved the coffee and banana pancakes at breakfast! "
"Perfect location to visit all the tourist attractions in the area; I recommend hiring a bicycle from the homestay and cycling to each one, it is all relatively flat.
Lovely owners, amazing views of the mountains from the bedrooms. Property is kept clean. "
"At this new small and cosy hotel we were met with a very sweet and caring family. They were very helpfull with all our needs and questions, served great food and gave us a wonderfull stay in Tam Coc."
"Incredible place! The staff are all wonderful, the location is peaceful, and it’s not too far from any of the popular tourist attractions! I will absolutely be staying here again whenever I am traveling in the area again!"
"Near famous tourist area. Host can provide bicycle or scooter, which I recommend in area. Place was comfy and cleaned for remotely countryside.
Host speak little bit English-speaking but no issues for communication. Good hotel in area "

"The property itself is wonderful. Very convenient location but just far enough to be secluded. Facilities were excellent but what really stood out were the exceptional owners. They made the stay 11/10 with their kindness, generosity and professionalism. Please stay here, you'll love it too!"
"This was such a nice surprise. The property was quiet and very unique. We had such a nice welcome at breakfast and the food was quite good. After breakfast we went on a nice bike ride around the area, they provided the bikes. I would most definitely stay here again. "
"The hosts were extremely friendly and their granddaughter ( Camelia) was a great help in communicating in English. We experienced a typhoon while there which destroyed a lot of local fruit trees and left us without power for a few hours on the second night. All together a decent stay and on a side note transportation will be required if you need to eat out. "
"The property was peaceful and felt out of the way, but access to cars using Grab was always easy and fast, and inexpensive.
The hotel was helpful in arranging transportation from Hanoi airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to Hanoi Old Quarter, which was cheaper than four of us taking a bus.
The food was good, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
Our room was clean, with bottled water added every day. The AC doesn’t run when you aren’t in the room, so it’s hot when you get back after a day out, but the room cooled relatively quickly.
The kids wished we could stay longer!"
"We (family of four (2 + 2 adult children)) stayed for 2 nights in June.
Location: hotel is located away from the main tourist area and so nowhere is walkable. The hotel does have bicycles free to use which we took to cycle through some rice fields to a local village (few km round trip and flat).
Rooms: large and clean. Bathrooms the same. Still with small towels - like the rest of Vietnam hotels it seems.
Pool was lovely - water warm, large towels provided and drinks available.
Restaurant - breakfast: small selection but tasty. Dinner: limited vegetarian selection but enough for a couple of days and all tasty.
Front of house team all very helpful and friendly.
They arranged a car with driver for us for the day and a half sightseeing - reasonably priced and saved having to wait for Grabs etc- and they also arranged a car to take us back to Hanoi airport at the end of our trip.
Would definitely stay there again."
