Stayed here one night after trip to Halong Bay and have to say staff was wonderful and attentive. However the conditions of the hotel left little to be desired. The lobby was welcoming with fresh scents, but as soon as we went to our room on the 7th floor we were overwhelmed with old musty smell ...

Very nice reception from the staff at the entrance, beautiful and clean room with comfortable bed (but pillows too big, with no other options of softer ones).
