This was a very nice hotel to stay. The staff were great, the rooms were clean and it was centrally located to everything.

A very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to many attractions in the city centre area. Close to hop on hop off buses. Lots of restaurants all around the area. Good shopping as well. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Rome.

8.2/10 Very good! (747 reviews)
Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

I even sent a request to confirm our booking. We arrived at 5pm. The front desk staff working alone looked ..."

"J'ai eu le plaisir de séjourner dans de nombreux complexes hôteliers, mais aucun ne m'a procuré autant de paix et de détente que le Panhou Retreat. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli par un personnel chaleureux et amical, qui a veillé à ce que mon séjour soit parfait du début à la fin. Ce qui m'a ..."
