Staff were very pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent; something for everyone. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Centrally located to Metro, bus depot, and walkable to many sites. Also walking distance to Ward 4 with lots of good, cheap eateries where my local family lives. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Staff were excellent, room very clean our only complaint is the bath is too high and my husband had difficulty getting out. Restaurant staff were excellent and shout outto Nicholas who was very helpful. The spa treatments are amazing. Loved our stay for second time.

It not provides beach towel, they said we must buy beach towels if we wantvto have one. There is beach but need to have a long walk through other property, there are no sunbed, just chairs...there are nothing around hotel need to take a car and have a long drive to find restaurants.
