"This is an absolutely beautiful and well maintained resort. Small, boutique the ground around are lush. A river runs thru it mountains (Karst) all around. Room impeccable, rustic charm. Food and beverage and pool Amazing!! And the staff completely makes this stay beyond enjoyable. You do not want to leave, not only to go into town but forever. Again can't stress how special the people and staff were!! We were deciding between Nham Village and Tam Garden. Difficult to decide and confusing when you read reviews and look at pictures as to where to stay considering these two higher end properties that fairly close to one another. We toured Tam Garden while there and without a doubt one iota we made the right decision. Would return in a heart beat!!"

"We had an amazing two-night stay! The family running the homestay is incredibly kind and made us feel so welcome. The room was great, and we loved spending time by the pool. The food was delicious, and having bike rentals on-site was the perfect way to explore the town. Highly recommend!"

"The resort is beautiful. The downfalls were, there were no labels on any of the breakfast dishes so this made it hard. We noticed dog poo near us sadly as we were eating. Communication isn't the greatest - we were told they'd organise a car to the airport but hadn't realised that we had to pay the driver cash and so this made us rushed for our flight. There are bicycles you can use for free which is handy to go into town centre."

"I can’t say enough good things about this place! Clean, comfortable cozy and convenient, this place felt like home away from home and the staff were kind and friendly and more than accommodating. Spacious, soft beds, large space, clean bathroom, quiet relaxing atmosphere. We loved staying here and would not hesitate to stay here again! "

"The stay was exceptional. I’ve never seen natural beauty like this in my life. I truly enjoyed the hotel and Ninh Binh and cannot wait to be back. The only recommendation I have is the service was on the slow side. While at the poolside, we’d order food and drinks and it sometimes took up to 30-35 mins to have the items delivered.., same for dinner. Other than that everything was great"

"Great location. Excellent view. Pool was clean and warm. Quite a few bugs in the room, mostly on the bed, and when we asked the staff they explained that it was termite season and to keep the lights off the bed. Not sure this made me feel more comfortable but staff did offer to change the bed sheets and even our room. Breakfast was a little disappointing."
