Hotel itself and rooms are very clean. Breakfast with great variety. We could not leave until an hour past noon checkout, the hotel allowed us to stay longer free of charge. "Staff was okay. Definitely nothing special compared to other Vietnam stays I had. The venue is in a great location and main central to all. However, room is a bit old, dated and we got the KING ROOM - it's the living room one - and it was definitely a bit old and not clean. Sheets came very dirty and we asked for new sheets. They were nice when we were sick and gave us food to our room - a very nice gesture. "

"Staff wrongfully accused us of stealing a hair dryer without checking. Assuming is not a good way to run business, but facts and evidence does. Do not even think about accusing people unless you have grounds. Lucky that we already checked out before this happened. When family member came to pick up the bike, he was given an inconvenience, staff locked up his bike and was forced to wait. We will never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it due to incompetent staff. To the owner, you will go bankrupt if the car keeps going without a driver. Don’t drive blind and hire competent representatives. "
