From Phu Nhuan you're very central to go to the other districts (Dist. 1 + 3, Go Vap, Binh Thanh...) and also very near from the Airport. Not suitable for Tourist, who will be the 1. time in Ho Chi Minh and want to visit some tours. For this priceclass the Hotel is very very good, the Prices of the Minibar is fair. - The Check-In is very quickly and uncomplicated, just one thing, you have to deposit your Passport. - The room on the 1.floor is noicy, but we are used to it. The rooms on a higher floor are much better with the noicy. There is a train line near the hotel but it didnt bother me much. Internet was quite fast. Staff at front desk helpful even when English abilities were limited. There is a coffee shop/restaurant just next to the hotel with nice water fountain and flowers. I really enjoyed my time there.
