Breakfast buffet was good except for the omelette cook as someone needs to teach him. Good variety with a few changes daily. Staff was excellent and was willing to help in any way they could. Good location for shopping and thought Taka Plaza was better than Ben Than Market. I would definitely stay there again. Use only Grab as many taxis are scammers.

This hotel was great for a one-night stop in Saigon. Very affordable and included breakfast. The area is safe and convenient for shopping and dining. It is VERY close to central Saigon & all the things you want to be close to. Staff were very nice but I DETEST that they ask for a copy of the Vietnam visa. In my opinion, that is only necessary at the AIRPORT - not the hotel. They can see the stamp in my passport that allowed me into the country. That was a real hassle. Breakfast was a bit average and a pool would have been nice in the hot, steamy weather but for 1 night, it was a good choice. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Yes, The room was clean and the staff was courteous. The breakfast was adequate in that it provided a good selection no matter which country you came from. Laundry service was good and reasonably priced. The TV Channels adequately covered English news BBC and CNN.

Good location of the hotel. Room for 3 quite small, but was very clean and if you planning to be outside and explore most of the day the city, and not spending to much time in the hotel, size of room should be ok. Breakfast quite big variety. Unfortunately I saw 1 mouse inside hotel's restaurant.

Room was clean but generally a bit worn. Not sure if it was the vents but there was a loud background noise in the bathroom at night. With the door closed (and my earplugs in) thought it wasn’t too bad. Otherwise, it was comfortable. I do think breakfast ends too early
