Yelled at me several times Reception lady extremely rude, impolite and low class. Told me I can't book on Expedia. Well you have rooms listed there. What did you expect me to do? They wanted me to pay 2x. On check out they tried to stop me from leaving saying I had to pay them money. The reservation was paid 100% in FULL before arriving. Room covered in hairs. Hair on floor, toilet seat, bed and pillows. I travel full time. Listen: Do not stay here. 15 hotels on the same block. Any will be better than here. Absolutely appaling management and reception.
