NO upper level terrace and breakfast facility as detailed on Webpage...in fact NO breakfast availability at all. We were booked into top floor penthouse...when we arrived, immediately without any discussion, we were told it would not be suitable for "you erderly guests" and that our 3 night stay would need to be with 2 rooms.After stressing the inconvenience of these arrangements, we were finally able to view the penthouse only to find access was by stairs from the floor below...NO mention of this at all on Website and room descriptions....probably not really suitable for us "elderlys" but room was obvious to us as nor ready for occupency...beds not fully dresses, curtains drawn and exteme musky smell-suspect room was closed due to water issues. Thankyou to staff for allowing an early check-in upon our arrival, & for holding some of our luggage between our stays. 3-bed room was very clean & comfortable, with a very large, clean bathroom, & nice, small balcony overlooking the street. Location is very convenient for exploring District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City. It can get noisy from as early as 6-7am until 10-11pm, as is often the case in this city, so it should not come as a surprise.
