The first stay on the 4th floor was great - lovely room, great bathroom and shower. The second stay on the 8th floor was poor - poky, shoddy bathroom with no hot water and a box outside the window that constantly made loud whirring noises. The room was nice, only two complaints are the bed, king size the two twin mattresses wouldn't stay together and the sides of the mattresses were very stiff so the middle of the bed was uncomfortable.
