最悪な対応　ホテル側の虚偽報告

私見にはなりますが、最低な状況でした。 １、チェックインを行うのに、現地のSNSや私用のSNSをやり取りに登録させられる。 ２、施設のフロントはあるが、チェックインしようとすると、部屋ごとにオーナーが違うので、直接連絡を取ってくれと言われる（電話必須かつ、国際電話必須） ３、フロントは24時間対応と書いているが、早朝に連絡すると電話すら繋がらない ４、チェックイン時間になりフロントに訪問すると、再度上記にコンタクトしてくれとフロントで示唆される ５、電話を行い（英語必須）そこからSNSでチェックインを行う人を呼び出し、フロントで会う必要があります。待ち時間30分 ６、部屋に入るとタオルを忘れたので持ってきたと、カバンの中から薄汚れたタオルを渡されます ７、タオルの交換は費用が必要と言われました（安いから買えと） ８、部屋のクリーニングは滞在中1回と言われました 一番ひどいのが、クーラーが効かずクレームをSNSで入れました。その際、再び30分以上待たされ、担当者が来た際に電気系統が壊れているので、電気業者を呼んで修理が始まりました（部屋の温度32度）いつなおる？と聞いたところ「まだわかりません」と言われてしまい、さすがにこのまま滞在できないと思い1泊もせず部屋を出ました。その後別のホテルを予約しています（無駄金） その後ホテルドットコムに状況を説明し、クレームを入れる旨を伝えたところ、ホテル管理者からは ・3泊全て泊ってチェックアウトまですませた ・クーラーはスイッチを押さなかった為、稼働していないだけで何の問題もない ・全ての問題は解決している と虚偽の報告をする始末です。 安宿であればいいのですが、さすがにこの対応は最悪だと思っています。 海外慣れしていない人であれば最悪な経験になるかと思いますので、ホテル選びは十二分にご注意ください。
