When I arrived and checkin they put me over to the 3 stars which was not even 3 stars standard. The room was small and outdated hotel and no amenities and don't even have a safe box for important personal items as critical when travel internationally. I booked with free cancellation but when you checkin you wont be able to change. I felt that I was cheated either by the hotel or Expedia, so I made 2 international phone calls to Expedia to explain the situation and got promised from Expedia to resolve the issue and response me through email or have the hotel to make the switch or allow me to cancel and choose another hotel but never heard from any one of them and finally gave up and booked another hotel. I hoped Expedia will investigate and make correction to travelers when come to make reservation with this hotel. This is fraud!
