Reception staff was friendly abd helpful. The room was a little bit smelly(like damp or it was previously a smoking room). And bed was a bit uncomfortable. Very central location, staff was friendly and helpful, he wasn't always at reception but he was easily reachable by phone. Room was clean and air conditioned. The wifi was hit and miss and the kettle wasn't working but other than that no complaints. Horrendous service. Turned up to check into room and told to wait for the manager, who then turned up 10 mins later to say they were full. Took a while for them to finally admit that it was their fault and not Hotels.com for the oversight. Finally secured us a room at the hotel next door for 2 nights and moved us back for the 3rd night.
