Our room was clean and tidy just like the pictures show. AC and shower worked well and we were comfortable our entire stay. The staff were all super sweet. I would highly recommend staying here. It’s so close to everything as well! Lucky and the rest of the staff at the hotel were professional and friendly. Lucky provided tour information and tips for restaurants and must see places to visit. Several restaurants in the near vicinity of the Golden Queen had Michelin plates and made the stay there even better. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The AC was icy and the shower had endless hot water. Reception staff was friendly abd helpful. The room was a little bit smelly(like damp or it was previously a smoking room). And bed was a bit uncomfortable. Very central location, staff was friendly and helpful, he wasn't always at reception but he was easily reachable by phone. Room was clean and air conditioned. The wifi was hit and miss and the kettle wasn't working but other than that no complaints. Horrendous service. Turned up to check into room and told to wait for the manager, who then turned up 10 mins later to say they were full. Took a while for them to finally admit that it was their fault and not Hotels.com for the oversight. Finally secured us a room at the hotel next door for 2 nights and moved us back for the 3rd night.
