This time when we got there, we told the person bringing us to the room, that two of the three air conditioners were not working. He told us that they were fine and that it would take a little while to cool down. Later that night we called the front desk and a acquaintance person came and was able to get the second one working. It was not until the next morning when we stopped at the front desk to tell them that the air conditioning in the master bedroom was still not working, did the maintenance person come again. At this time someone came immediately and got the last one working. Other than this, the staff were very polite, courteous, and attentive. I stayed in a two bedroom two bath apartment style accommodations. The rooms were fairly sizeable and I appreciated the private bathrooms. The hotel was in a safe area, although a bit outside of the main downtown area. There were a number of convenience stores and local restaurants nearby and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were fairly clean, although a little bit of a musty and smoke smell, and there was an ash tray on the table when I had specifically requested a non-smoking room. I told the Management about the smoky and musty smell, they were very helpful and very accommodating and offered to move me to another room which they ensured had a very fresh scent. The new room was satisfying and smelled much better. I would recommend this hotel as a very good economical, safe and comfortable place to stay.
