They messed up my room reservation and I received a terrible room with no balcony. Nothing to view or have a smoke if needed. I always ask for a balcony and this should be a matter of record at this point. I requested a balcony when I booked the room. If want to go to shoping ben thant market and malaysia street about 2km. Easy to get grab. Breakfast if not cheaper better dont take because only eggs, bread, fruits and cerial. Other is non halal.
