Extremely noisy. In the bathroom there were coackroaches so I asked to change. The receptionist gave me immediately another apartment with upgrade. Always on the first floor but opposite side, so much more quiet. Just be aware that the area you are staying in is VERY LOUD all night. You will not be able to sleep if you are in a front street facing apartment. There are massage parlors next door and restaurants all around so the noise doesn't stop until morning. Request a back facing room if you want some quiet.
