We clean up the room our-self as it is a family business, we want to offer our warm hospitality to the guests.
Stove, pot, pan, dishes are ready to use.

We can accommodate 3rd person by offering a double size topper on floor with linen and extra pillow. There will be extra fee for this optional service.

Guest access
The provided card allows you to enter to your studio floor which is 14th and the 7th floor or terrace garden/gym/pool.
Otherwise, the friendly guards will help to enter your desired floor

Trash room is next to Apartment No. 20.32. Please help to remove your trash when staying for more than 2 days.

Keep your belongings safe in your bags. Pay attention while taking pictures on the street. Shall you have your belongings stolen, please help to report immediately to nearest police station to get report approval for your insurance claim, if any.

Extra cleaning will be requested for cleaning fee and need to be informed prior 1 day. Cleaning service includes changing sheet and towel, cleaning floor and changing trash bag.
