Nice enough hotel in a good location. Room was clean and comfortable. Only gripe was that the safe's battery was dead and so I couldn't use it. The handyman came to fix it but he said he couldn't get a new battery until the next day. Check in was seamless and smooth. Staffs were friendly and they greet you with a great smile. Rooms were clean and arranged. Breakfast was nice with choices of Western and Oriental. Location was strategic and able to reach out most of the places by walks. Only things to improve are the soundproof and water pressure. Could get noisy during the busy night time, and water pressure is really low and small. However, these would not bother me to stay again in this hotel in the future. Otherwise it was not satisfying. We asked airport pick up but driver didn’t show up and hotel reception didn’t know what I was talking about despite of great e-mail confirmation.
