There are no lifts but it is fine with me. The rooms are standard with good cleanliness. However, the windows to the balcony cannot be closed properly so there is potential for burglars. The conditions of the windows also caused me to wake up at 7am in the morning due to the traffic honks. The place is tired and a bit run down, but everything works. We were on the 5th floor and could hear the entire city through the closed windows, but I suspect that's most rooms with windows facing the action, especially in older buildings.
