Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
It was a disaster. I arrived and the property was locked. I couldn't get hold of them. I had to find another place to stay. I booked and paid but they said they didn't know anything about it and they wouldn't give me a refund because they didn't know about the booking even though i had a receipt and booking number.
