We had a great stay at the Equatorial. We had kids also and the staff was friendly and helpful (sadly this is not the norm at all 5-star properties in Vietnam, so it was a nice experience). The pool is great, I would recommend a room by the pool. The food was also very food (slightly pricy compared to alternatives, but comparable). It’s long debate during the checkin !! The front desk lady kept insisted that No available rooms that could be arranged nearby. After almost an hour finally I did get what I asked for. The experience was Horrible. I stayed in Equatorial Hotel since 2014 whenever I visit VN .ot never experienced like this. All other services are excellent. Staffs are professional and friendly most times. The bathroom towels needed to replace with newer towels , they were overused.
