Overally staffs were friendly and helpful. The hotel location was in the middle of downtown so that you will have some loud music at night and may not be able to sleep until they turn it off after 2 am... Other than that if you wanna cruise around Saigon city, this is a good place to be. The capsule wasnt really a capsule because it wasnt fully sealed but with a curtain instead. It turned put to be very noisy. Not so much because of the other guests but because the hotel is located right next to the backpacker st. Some might like it the neighborhood. I dont. Its just noisy and populated with drunk white people. Because of the population it caters, the hotel turns out to be dirty, and a bit unfriendly too because of all the signs posted everywhere, if you do this, pay a fine, if you do that, pay a fine.
