Our experience at 22land hotel was very good, we enjoyed using the spa services for massage, sauna, steam and hot tub! The staff are all lovely and make an effort to ensure you are having a great stay. Breakfast selection is small but high quality - with an egg/omelette station available or which the omelettes were cooked perfectly every time. We would definitely stay here again

Service was exceptional. Ms Susan, reception manager, and her team went beyond expectations by organising tours, suggesting tourist sites and walks and recommending excellent restaurants nearby. Buffet breakfast had great variety and, in the evening, the Sky Bar was the perfect place to unwind. Highly recommended!!

シーツが加齢臭くさくて、変えてもらったけど、まだくさくて枕も臭かった、12:00から部屋の清掃してと伝えたが、朝9:30にピンポンで起こされた。フロントの中国人みたいな男の若いスタッフの態度は悪い。他のスタッフは完璧でした。部屋は広くてよかったが、リピはない。
