The concierge was funny, to her credit, we had a laugh gave us wrong room twice, but whatever, the AC was good- but you cant have it cool for when you get back as you have to plug the ley fob into the wall to make it work- only 1 key... Saigon is hot and muggy. Our room was on the seventh floor on the street side and was quite loud and bright all night even with the curtains closed. The linens were stained and there was a lot of dusk on the lamps. Right across the road from the Street Food Market and Ben Thanh market is less than a minute walk. We had a balcony room. The room and balcony were great except for the fact it looked straight into other rooms from a different place and over rooftops. We had room 321 so if you want a better balcony, ask for a street view one 😉 Breakfast is very average. The staff are awesome and very helpful. Be warned, they will keep your passport for your stay unless you leave 500,000 for each passport.
