I feel catfished. The few pictures and reviews posted online should have told me something, not one review of the apartment itself. The reviews were for the the area and the amenities, which are very nice. I should have looked and read more carefully. I naturally expected for the pIace to be clean, silly me, which is why I paid my heart-earned money. Imagine after flying 24+ hours coming to a place infested with spiders, dust all over the place, and tiny insects. I loved the location of the apartment. It literally was right across the street from the mall and located in Vin Homes Grand Park, which is beautiful. I love the amenities. The apartment itself upon entering, looked like it may do, but ended up being a disaster, so disappointing. Once I tried to settle down, I noticed spider webs all up in the corners in the ceiling with spiders, huge spiders. I started killing some and the more I killed, the more I saw. I then noticed how dusty the place was. There was dust everywhere, and I took pictures and video of everything. The place had not been cleaned at all. The beds felt literally hard as rock. I brought it to the host's attention and was told someone would come over and clean or I could stay in another one at their apartments, Really? My question is, why wasn't the apartment already cleaned and exterminated? We HAD to move. This trip was my first time to Vietnam to celebrate my 65th birthday and I brought my son who is 37 and has Autism. No reform has been offered.
