In Japan you’re not allowed to take a picture of a Japanese idol during a public appearance. I have had the 🙅🏻‍♂️ sign thrown up at me a few times trying to do so. In Thailand I had a security guard at a club try to pull my camera away from me, with me attached to it and a police demand that I delete photos I took of them throwing a man on the ground to arrest him. I was pretty pissed off at the whole incident and wasn’t shy to let the both of them know about themselves, luckily I didn’t get thrown in a Thai jail as that could have been a possibility. While taking this photo, the lady sitting down to the left told me not to take any photos from where I was, I believe that she didn’t want me blocking her table. But really, you can see the size of the entire area. How much of a factor could I have been? I understand some of the laws of other countries are different but that doesn’t make them any less ridiculous, no offense. Some people only wake up on one side of the bed and that’s the wrong side. Therefore we contacted the host and scheduled with them a late check in. She provided very prompt reply. The hostel is clean and cosy and the price is very economical. We even have the complimentary breakfast and store our luggage after check out. The location is just in the center so you can walk to the central post office and the catherdral.
