Booked and asked for a non-smoking room and got a smoking one. The hotel advertised a spa and pool, both were closed or not available. The steam room was moldy and dirty, so did not use that. They were also doing construction on the weekend, even in the morning. Bad customer service, well below the star 4/5 star rating. Tiene dos plantas y habitaciones son enormes. Más bien son suites. Tienen una sala de estar, dormitorio muy amplio y el baño enorme con ducha y bañera. Es un hotel muy pintoresco lo único que alejado del centro. Todo muy limpio y bonito. El gym es muy completo y las piscina estupenda. Lo único es q él wifi va muy mal y el restaurante es muy bueno pero caro y los platos pequeños. Para llegar del aeropuerto al hotel es casi 1 hora.
