Hotel was located near all the tourist attractions and there are many eateries nearby. Next to Independence Palace and walking distance to Cathedral, Ben Then Market. Room was big and clean; aircon was working properly. Bathroom was spacious with separated showering cubicle and toilet area. Staffs were friendly and they even assisted me to contact my tour operator who did not update my day trip meeting place. Room cleaner was prompt when i requested to top up my showering gel. Only downside is the holder for the shampoo and shower gel were poorly designed. The cap kept dropping out and have to unscrew the container to use the gel. Other than that, all is good. Will stay again as value for money and come with free breakfast.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location was also excellent, it was convenient to get anywhere in the city. I recommend it to others looking for a well-located and spotless place to stay.

Room was clean and good size. Laundry service was good price and professional. Pool was refreshing and had a good view. Breakfast was high quality and diverse. Air conditioning was decent. Cons: Outside Noise came in through windows, shower water would come out and drain to the drain under the sink. Glass walls around the pool were hazy. Pool seemed smaller than the photos.

Brilliant hotel next door to the Palace of Independence. Modern and very clean with very helpful staff. Lovely roof top pool with great views across Ho Chi Minh. Loads of good restaurants nearby. Central Ho Chi Minh walkable from the hotel.

I loved this hotel! It was a little bit hard to find at first, down the lane where Apple Maps says the hotel is.. but once you get there it was amazing. We stayed in a corner suite, with a deep bath, lounge and gorgeous shower. Then went upstairs and watched the sunset from the infinity pool. Then onto the Italian restaurant upstairs with the view over the lit bridge, and then more drinks by the pool over looking the colour city of Hanoi. Take me back… it was the highlight hotel of my recent trip to Vietnam, it cost so much more than any other hotel I stayed in, in old town, but it was so worth it.

Booked online and got a room where I paid for an extra guest (ie. 3 in the room instead of 2 people- one adult and 2 children ages 14 & 16). I was not provided with an extra bed. There was only one queen sized bed, despite paying extra for the third person when I booked. I then was required to pay an extra 1000000VND at the hotel reception for a fold out bed for 2 nights for my son. Paid in cash for this and no receipt given. The showers leak. Safes don’t work and are not drilled into the cupboard so had to carry passports about with us. Breakfast was good, roof bar has a great view & a pool, the service at reception to mind luggage until PM flight was appreciated.

The pool was nice, but not the same in pictures. Does get very slippery when wearing sandals. The buffet was good, not a lot of variety, but liked how it had viet food, ask to order pho and some western food. The AC did turn off and is set on a timer to turn off which was a little annoying. But overall, great stay!
