Thanks for staying with us. We do not clean each day, we will start to clean room, change toilet paper, water and towels from the third day stay.

Clean, decent room size, comfortable, relatively quiet - not on a main street, free breakfast and laundry, walking distance to market, shops and restaurants. Kitchenette. Only 100000 dong to get to the airport, 50000 to downtown. What I didn't care for, small bathroom with shower that really doesn't leave much room to move around, and also only a hand towel rack. I had to drape the bath towel over the end of the bed or chair.

The property was in an alley. The part of the property I stayed in only had stairs and they were steep. The room was clean. There was an uncovered window over the door but high up. The curtains for the room were not blackout, in fact, could be seen through. The toilet was but up next to the shower enclosure and it would have been nicer to have the bidet hose on the other side so it could be used. The hot water was very good. The breakfast was cooked just before serving which was kind of nice. I changed hotels mainly because of the window coverings.

i was initially shown a olace that i did not like. the staff transferred me to a better place, but wanted some more money. the hotel agreed to let me stay at the better room for the same price because I showed them other properties with better lodgings and amenites for a lower price. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.friendly

Location everything you needed with in 5 to 10 min walk Most excellent staff you could meet always willing to go the extra mile to help you out Comfortable and quiet rooms great nights sleep excellent breakfast supplied and your room kept immaculately clean Definitely recommend

Great property. Hotel staff was very friendly. Would stay here again, but maybe in a few months after the construction project a few buildings over is finished.

Clean, convenient location, great price
Pros: the room is extremely clean, the entire building looks to be recently renovated, the location is quite close to the heart of District 1, you can do free laundry in the basement, the Vietnamese breakfast is simple but quite tasty, and the price is very reasonable! Cons: 1) Sparse furniture. I stayed in the bunk bed room and there was no other furniture save a low table, so I sat on the floor a lot. Made the room feel a bit uncomfortable. 2) Irregular room service. To be fair, it is a service apartment-style “hotel.” If you want things cleaned, you must ask the front desk. 3) Communication. Be aware that front desk has limited hours. Using English to communicate is generally fine but can be slightly difficult. All in all - worth it! Clean rooms, great location, great price.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff is very friendly and I loved the variety of the breakfast offered which was different everyday. The staff will cook it for you fresh when you go to the kitchen in the morning! The location is right next to a local market which made it easy to find something to eat and usually for much cheaper than inside the city center.

peace and quiet
very pleasant room with ample storage and cooking facilities. the staff were very kind and helpfull. The hotel is situated in a back street away from the noise. easy access to most of the sights. the only thing that was missing was a bedside light.

Amazing- awesome staff
The best part about this hotel was the wonderful staff. They are all so kind and accommodating. It is run by a lovely couple and has family vibes. Some of the nicest hotel staff I have ever encountered.

It’s in a quiet alley. No bugs in the room, but corners and toilet were a little dirty. Shower doesnt have curtains so everything gets wet and creates a « pool » on the floor. Breakfast is one option that they cook everyday. Wifi worked good. It’s alright for the price.

Great value for money place
Apa Saigon is located in the Northern part of district 1 in a local area and down a small, quiet alley. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. My room was spacious, clean, basic but well equipped. The wifi worked well. The breakfast was included and tasty. A laundry self-service option is available and free of charge. The nearby 81 café in Nguyễn Hữu Cầu Street is cosy and serves a great Vietnamese coffee and in the same street you find Mary Jane’s roof top bar, which offers some nice views. Also, try out a tasty banh mi sandwich or a delicious Cơm tấm dish from one of the street food stalls.

Excellente adresse, recommande fortement!
Excellent hôtel, service impeccable, laveuses, sécheuses ainsi que savon disponibles gratuitement pour les clients. Situé dans une ruelle très tranquille et en conséquence moins de bruit.
